Ayurveda and your Chakras

From my time in India I came across lots of information about the Chakras, and I met a number of people who could see them and understand how healing and chakras work together. Here is a little review of the chakras, to guide you to greater health.

Haritaki helps with two chakras specifically, the third eye and the navel chakra. For the third eye, haritaki cleanses the pineal gland and energizes the whole area. For the navel chakra haritaki increases digestive speed and cleans the digestive tract, leaving less room for irritation.
