Been using the Haritaki capsules since they arrived. I'm also taking Triphala too. Since I'm 73yrs old, it's going to take awhile for my Pineal gland to decalcifies. But not drinking flouride water now. So hopefully my Pineal gland will be good and healthy taking your product.
